Archive of the Knowing Mistress

Description

Pre-Exodus canon: The primary archive of the Cobalt Soul in Rexxentrum, named for Ioun (the Knowing Mistress), goddess of knowledge. One of the largest repositories of recorded knowledge in Exandria, housing histories, maps, arcane research, and documents suppressed or banned by the Dwendalian Empire and the Cerberus Assembly.

Status in Nuxan: Buried beneath the ruins of Rexxentrum — either destroyed, collapsed, or deliberately sealed during the centuries of Krynn expansion and Luxon regulatory suppression of unauthorized knowledge. Reconstructing it is the stated central goal of the Cobalt Veil.

Whether the Archive’s contents survive physically beneath the ruins, were scattered, were destroyed by the Cerberus Assembly, or were hidden by Cobalt Soul members before the fall is an open design question — but the Cobalt Veil’s existence as information smugglers implies at least some material survived in distributed form.
