School of Biomancy

Wizard Subclass — Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting, adapted for Heretics of the Old Gods

Overview

Biological self-modification through surgical practice, with the wizard’s body as the primary laboratory. A Biomancer’s appearance announces what they are — scales, extra limbs, detachable hands, adhesive palms — which removes the option of operating quietly. In Bassuras, where Wrenches already operate at the intersection of body and technology, a Biomancer is recognizable as a specific kind of person. That recognition runs in both directions.
