Overview

An accord constructed by the surviving Sentinels of Avalir — Aeorian-era aeormatons rediscovered in Eiselcross — after the Consecution War in the Resolution phase of the campaign arc. Built in conjunction with the Cobalt Veil to preserve history, technology, and truth.

Libraries built under the Compact become the first neutral sanctuaries in centuries — machine-run cities where memory is sacred and war forbidden. These autonomous zones become the intellectual heart of the next age of Nuxan.

Not yet in existence at the start of the campaign — this is a projected Resolution-phase development. No established detail beyond the above.
