Torrow

Description

Older goblin, operates out of the Ends, one of the few people in Bassuras who is genuinely what he appears to be. Warm, practical, not running an angle. Has been a racing syndicate fixer long enough to have real relationships throughout the syndicate world — including a genuine attachment to Splice that goes beyond professional interest.

Personality

Genuinely cares about Splice in a city where genuine caring is unusual enough to be disarming. No hidden angle.
