Splice

Description

Full name: Cynda Farrow. Half-elf, mid-40s. Fourteen completed Deathwish Runs — more than almost anyone alive in the syndicate. Stubbornly practical, allergic to being managed, deeply curious about things she doesn’t understand, which is rare in a city that treats curiosity as a liability.

Personality

Doesn’t ask permission. Informs people of what she’s going to do. Takes care of herself and expects others to take care of themselves.
