The Survey Foreman

Description

Court of Dust official overseeing underground survey operations in Bassuras. Known only by title — no proper name in use. Bureaucratic, methodical, increasingly alarmed by what his teams encounter below. Not malicious in a personal sense; institutionally incapable of handling what’s actually happening. Will escalate to force as a default response because force is the only tool he has.

Personality

Bureaucratically certain rather than overtly malicious. Present and clipboard in hand at every stage of the crisis.
