The Parasite Patron

Warlock Subclass — Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting, adapted for Heretics of the Old Gods

Overview

The patron lives inside your body. It manifests through you — claws, teeth, tentacles, additional biological structures that emerge when you call on it. It’s invested in your survival because your survival is literally its survival, which makes it more reliable than most entities and considerably more difficult to ignore.
